Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply.
Duties and Taxes

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package as delayed or delivered but not received, contact us at support@hshawten.com. We will help review the shipment with the carrier, but final carrier delivery scans may affect available resolutions.
