Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with tags, packaging and accessories included where applicable.
Final sale items, gift cards, worn items, washed items, damaged items caused by customer handling, and items missing original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
Unless the item is incorrect or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required by law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Size exchanges depend on inventory availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
